The culinary education aspects is effortless describes: from croppot conversions to substitutions of cheese,flour, sugar, milk/cream. I remember making the Cornmeal pancakes on page 55 of this book, my children and family loved it so much that it became a staple in my large family gathering now the 1 muffin and 22 variations on pages 64-65 compiled also.
