Great for Vegetarians and Vegans

I absolutely adore the Dining on a Dime cookbook series! While the first volume delights with its timeless classics, the second volume is more creative. It's like embarking on a culinary adventure, each recipe a step forward in my cooking journey. Whenever I crave something new and exciting, I turn its pages, discovering innovative yet accessible dishes.
What sets this volume apart is its incredible versatility, catering to those transitioning from frequent dining out to mastering restaurant-quality recipes at home. What's even more remarkable is that it is vegetarian and vegan-friendly. You can swap meat for tofu or some kind of "meaty" vegetable like mushroom, potato, cauliflower, or eggplant.
I also enjoyed the addition of humor in this volume. Thank you for the chuckles and smiles!
