Transactional Data

Shopify collects information from you necessary to deliver the products and services you order from us and this information is stored on their servers. This includes your name, email address, physical address and products you order. Should you desire to have this information removed, we are able to remove it however, once removed, we will no longer be able to look up your past orders or provide order support to you, including shipment tracking and providing download links for products you ordered.

Payment Processing

Payment processing on our Shopify Store is handled by our payment services providers, Shopify Payments and Paypal. We DO NOT receive or store your payment information on our servers at LivingOnADime.com.

When you place your order, you are directed to Shopify and the appropriate payment processor, who receives your personal information and financial data necessary to process your payment and complete your transaction for goods and services you elect to order from us. At the time of checkout, you are able to select credit/debit/bank transfer or Paypal as payment options. The default payment processor for credit/debit/bank transfers is Shopify Payments and payment information is sent from you via secure means directly to Shopify Payments without our receiving or recording it.

If you choose to pay by Paypal, then you will be redirected to a secure page at Paypal and all of your personal information and financial data necessary to process your payment and complete your transaction will be sent directly from you to Paypal. We DO NOT receive or store your payment information on our servers at LivingOnADime.com.. Paypal receives your payment directly and only provides us information about what you ordered and how much you were charged, along with your contact information for the order.

We will share transaction data with our payment services providers only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing your payments, refunding such payments and dealing with complaints and queries relating to such payments and refunds. The payment processors DO NOT share details of your financial data (accounts) with us and at no time do we store this information.
