Refund Policy
Downloadable electronic products (e-books, e-courses, bundles)
Due to the nature of downloadable electronic products (not able to be returned), these items are NOT REFUNDABLE. Please research the item before buying to make sure it is what you want to buy.
If you have difficulty downloading your items, we are happy to help. Please visit our Download Help Page for assistance.
Please note: We are not able to look up downloads after 30 days, so please be sure to DOWNLOAD YOUR ELECTRONIC PURCHASES RIGHT AWAY and save a backup copy for yourself on a different device (flash drive, cloud drive, etc.).
Physical items that have already shipped.
We do not accept refunds of physical shipped items if you simply changed your mind about the item. There is a lot of information on the sale page for each book to help you make an informed decision, including a video that shows you every page in the book so you can confirm before purchase that it is what you want. Please research the item before buying to make sure it is what you want to buy.
If an item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please let us know and we will replace it with an undamaged copy of the same item at no additional cost to you. You MUST contact us within 90 days if you are requesting a replacement of a damaged book. After 90 days, no replacement will be given.
If we shipped an item that was not what you ordered, please let us know and we will ship you the correct item at no additional cost to you.
If you accidentally ordered more than one of the same item and wish to return the extras, we will refund the duplicate items if you return them to us in brand new condition. You are responsible for shipping charges to return them to us. If they are books, we recommend using Media Mail, which is the lowest price.
We DO NOT offer refunds for books purchased through other sellers, like Amazon, Ebay, thrift store, etc. Please contact the seller you purchased the book from to request a refund from them.
We will only refund items (subject to the above terms) if you contact us within 5 business days of receiving them, and if they are returned and received by us in brand new condition.
Physical items that have not shipped yet.
If you order a shippable physical product and you wish to cancel the order, we will cancel it and refund your money IF YOU CONTACT US AND THE ORDER HAS NOT SHIPPED YET. Once and order has shipped, the above policy applies.
